Ashima the Cat needs a home
Ashima is a total sweetheart who unfortunately had kind of a rough start in life. She was rescued from a feral colony when she was only three weeks old and was taken to a shelter where she was placed with a surrogate mama kitty who rejected her. She was then taken in by her human foster mama who bottle fed her round the clock and just as she was starting to turn the corner Ashima developed a terrible upper respiratory infection that she picked up at the shelter. It took her a long time to recover, but now she’s doing great and is finally ready to find her “furever” home. This little firecracker loves to run laps around the house, explore every nook and cranny and surprise attack the other unsuspecting kitties as they walk by. She lives for play time and goes crazy for interactive activities like chasing the laser pointer dot or pouncing on your wiggling toes under a blanket, but when play time is over her favorite place to snuggle up for a nap is curled up on your chest, right under your chin. She is very affectionate and loves her people as much as her kitty friends. Ashima is smart, confident, sweet, silly and beautiful. She will be the perfect addition to a family that wants an active, lovable and social feline friend.
